If any evidence is found of an attempt to defraud us, a police report and an IC3 complaint will be filed. In the rare case an item is found to be defective, the refund amount will only be for the original purchase price. We will not cover any labor costs, diagnostics, towing, rental car or any other expenses related to an item being defective or damaged.
