WITH THE COST OF REPLACEING JUST THOSE TWO ITEMS IT WASNT WORTH FIXING SO PARTING OUT. THIS LISTING IS FOR THE COMPLETE LOWER UNIT. SIHFTS AS IT SHOULD. EVEN THOUGH THE OIL LOOKED GOOD WHEN I DRAINED IT, IT HAS NOT BEEN PRESSURE TESTED SO I WOULD RECOMEND SEALS AND MORE THAN LIKELY WATER PUMP IMPELLER. examine pics carefully because its sold as it sits.
