Up for sale is this Nintendo N64 bundle. It includes the following: (1x) NUS-001 Charcoal gray Nintendo N64 home console system with OEM Jumper Pak (1x) OEM NUS-005 gray controller with rebuilt thumbstick assembly (Kitsch-Bent bowl & gears) (1x) OEM NUS-005 Atomic purple controller with rebuilt thumbstick assembly (Kitsch-Bent bowl and gears) (1x) OEM Nintendo audio/video (A/V) cable with gray connector (proper for the SNES & N64 systems) (1x) OEM NUS-002 A/C adapter Everything has been thoroughly cleaned and is all verified working. The console has been completely disassembled and cleaned inside and out. The pin connector was removed and the board and connector was then cleaned using 99% isopropyl alcohol before reinserting the pin connector back into place. It has the fourth board revision in it (NUS-CPU-04). The shell doesn’t have any cracks or broken off pieces, but does have scuffs and scratches on the lower shell near where the ‘EXT’ port is (where the 64DD would go). There are also some scuffs on the right side of the first controller port. I tried to clean them out as best I could, but didn’t want to get too aggressive with it as the plastic is rather brittle and tends to break quite easily. Its upper plastic shell is in good condition and is free of any damage around the ‘Reset’ button area. It does have some small specks across it, which didn’t want to come off after doing some moderate cleaning (see photos). There were also some left over on the gray cartridge trap doors, but you have to be looking for them to really notice it. The OEM Jumper Pak was thoroughly cleaned inside and out and its board was also cleaned using 99% isopropyl alcohol. Both controllers were also completely disassembled and cleaned inside and out. The gray one has some usable signs of wear and tear on it (see photos). The Atomic purple’s shell is in good condition as well. The thumbstick assemblies were then taken apart, all worn components got replaced with quality new ones from Kitsch-Bent, then each assembly was lubricated with plastic-safe grease before being closed up again. Both controllers were made a bit tighter, having little to no free play in them. The A/V cable was thoroughly cleaned on its exterior and doesn’t have any major signs of wear or tear. The A/C adapter was also thoroughly cleaned on its exterior and was confirmed working well for about 30-45 minutes in total. Overall, this is a nice, playable system that can be the highlight of your game room and provide hours of entertainment for the whole family.
