Here we have for sale a Round Automatic Teller Recording Bank 8 slot Coin Bank with key for:LAGRANGE TRUST & SAVINGS BANK of LAGRANGE, ILL. # 1071 Records coins in bank as they are deposited and hole for bills on bottom. Bank has 8 slots for coins. Accepts: 1slot for $5.00 Gold Coins,1 for cents, 2 for nickels, 2 for dimes, 1 for quarters, 1 for 50 Cents. Currency bill hole on bottom. One new Locksmith Key. Bank is heavy nickel -plated brass case. Heavy well made. Overall, nice shape. Coin slots nice. Cast Pot Metal 8 slot round coin tray is in nice condition. One small chip in coin tray. Quite a rare and unusual item in this condition. Could be 100+ years old. See detailed pictures.1 slot for $5.00 Gold coins. CONDITION Used condition Case is made of nickel- plated brass, has a nice finish. Plating is smooth on sides, a few nits on top of bank. See detailed pictures. Has 1 new Key works great. It takes a 1/4 turn CW ONLY to open, works well better than most, 1 working key included. Coin tray drops right out. Overall nice condition. Bottom of coin case is in nice shape. Bank is 3 1/2″ dia. and 2 1/2″ tall. I polished the case with care, and had to fit bottom to case it was stuck. Cast on bottom, Patent # 758340, 793779, and others pending.
