Buy now to get this attractive full-size prop replica of the Ardanan Weapon as seen in “The Cloud Minders”, the 21st episode of the Star Trek original television series third season that first aired in 1969. This is not a model kit; it is a finished and painted piece as shown in the pictures here and is ready for use or display. This replica does NOT have electronics or functioning sound effects. This prop was seen only once in the series during this episode and was used by the Ardanan guards of the cloud city, Stratos. This prop was a revised version of a previous prop that appeared in the episode “Wink of an Eye”. Small changes were made to the item including the removal of existing details and replacement with others, and a slight change to the body configuration. Every effort was put forth to replicate the original screen-used prop in as close detail as possible by carefully watching “The Cloud Minders” and photos of the original prop piece, however, some artistic license was taken when modeling decisions were required.
