DIXIE BELLE PAINT CO~BELLES AND WHISTLES LINE~brand new, sealed Belles and Whistles Silkscreen Stencils create bold, detailed designs on a variety of surfaces. These allow you to achieve much greater detail and intricate designs, with cleaner borders than traditional cut stencils. Each set contains 3 self adhesive stencils, reusable up to 10 times.Remove stencil from the white backer sheet, position on your project, apply a thin layer of paint. Each set comes with an applicator tool to smooth the paint over the stencil. It is best to put a tiny amount of paint on the top of the stencil and pull down with the applicator. Check out YouTube for videos how to use. Remove the silkscreen and clean promptly with soap and water.
