This package is brand new and will look great on that “rural or backwoods area” of your layout. This will look right at home on the older era and narrow gauge layout scenes. It is made of laser cut wood, with loads of details. Figures are not included. I have several other items available and will combine shipping for multiple auctions. Feed and seed stores were found in communities large and small, and many are still in operation today. In rural areas they also sell a wide range of items for use around area farms and ranches such as fencing, pesticides, herbicides, feeders, water troughs and more. In larger cities they handle mostly lawn and garden supplies and pet foods. Larger shipments and bagged feed and seed would have arrived by rail just a few years ago. This structure could easily be used as a warehouse or freight depot too._ The precision fit tab and slot walls in this laser-cut wood kit feature laser-etched vertical planks with nail holes, knots and imperfections. The laser-etched porch floor has random length boards with nail holes. Laser cut door trim, window trim and corner trim feature peel-n-stick adhesive for easier assembly. Windows may be installed open or closed. The laser-etched loading dock also has random length boards with nail holes, and can be built on either side of the main building. Laser cut handrails, stairs and a stair assembly jig, along with laser-cut peel-n-stick pre-weathered corrugated roofing and a rooftop sign are all included. Other details include a cast metal smoke jack, laser-cut pallets, laser-cut eave brackets, soda machine and feed sacks. This item will fit well into railroad scenes depicting the early to late 20th century Steam Era and Early Diesel Era from years 1920 to Present Day. Skill Level: Advanced This item needs to be assembled. There are numerous parts that must be cut or cleaned prior to assembly. Additional tools may be required and assembly time may be many hours. This will be much more realistic model when finished. Painting is required, weathering is optional. Not recommended for novices. A Word on Shipping Absolutely no international shipping, no items will be shipped outside of the USA. I do not make money on shipping, so there is never a charge for handling or packaging. I use USPS Priority Mail for a majority of my shipments because it is fast and you will usually have your item in 2-3 days. Because of the recent increase in postal rates, I will offer shipping for many of the smaller items by First Class Mail in order to cut down on shipping costs.
