This watch is in like new condition. It’s been polished, serviced and has no visible blemishes. All our watches come with a standard 1 Year warranty and LIFETIME individual diamond replacement. We are so confident in our diamond setters that if any of the individual diamonds are ever to fall out of our watches, we will replace them free of charge for a lifetime.

Shipping Information

WatchMYDiamonds can ship to most addresses in the United States and a large number of International locations (including P.O. Boxes).

As per PayPal requirements, we will only ship to a confirmed PayPal shipping address, as approved by PayPal.

Additional costs, such as customs, import duties, VAT, taxes and charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Those charges are NOT included in the price of the item or shipping charges..

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window on the majority of items. Exceptions apply, see details below.

All items must be returned in their original condition with the WatchMyDiamonds plastic tag attached.

A 10% restocking fee may be applied at the sellers discretion, see details below.

Items purchased from WatchMyDiamonds under $20,000.00 USD may be returned or exchanged within 14-days of purchase. Items $20,000.00 USD or more may be returned or exchanged within 14-days of purchase.

All items must be in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price or store credit for an exchange. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

If within the 14-day return window, the WatchMyDiamonds plastic tag is removed or watch shows signs of wear, the buyer will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Once the watch is worn or sized we cannot accept a return of the watch.

Items designated as no returns are final sale and non-returnable.

Domestic Orders

We offer free & fully insured FedEx 2nd-Day shipping. If you require immediate shipping, please contact us, prior to purchasing. We charge a flat rate of 30.00 USD for FedEx Standard Overnight. For security, all orders are shipped with an adult signature required.

We do ship to APOs or FPOs. For P.O. Boxes, we typically do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please contact us before bidding if you fall into these categories so we may best accommodate you.

Due to the United States’ Supreme Court ruling in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., 585 U.S. ___ (2018), all sales may be subject to Sales Tax based on your shipping address. Please contact us directly if you have questions regarding the tax rate in your jurisdiction.

International Orders

We charge a flat rate of 75.00 USD to ship FedEx International Priority.

Warranty

WatchMyDiamonds offers a limited warranty on every product sold, unless otherwise stated. Pre-owned timepieces are warranted for a minimum of fifteen (15) months from the date of purchase. The Date of Purchase is defined as the date on the bill-of-sale, sales receipt, or any dated document designated by WatchMyDiamonds as proof-of-purchase.

Conditions apply to the WatchMyDiamonds fifteen-month (15) limited service warranty. The repair warranty does not cover parts that WatchMyDiamonds did not service, basic services on quartz watches, water damage, shock damage, all abuse, or any handling that exceeds the limits of a timepieces intended use.

Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Third-party performance of service, opening of a product, or addition of parts other than strap or bracelet components will void the WatchMyDiamonds fifteen-month (15) limited warranty on pre-owned watches. WatchMyDiamonds will, at its sole discretion, determine the applicability of its warranty to each timepiece for which a warranty claim is lodged.

The WatchMyDiamonds fifteen-month (15) limited warranty is non-transferrable.
