The canvas we offer is more expensive because it is a superior product and it costs us more to purchase and to produce. The canvas we use is a 3 layer topping material. The vinyl is only a 2 layer topping. The canvas will last longer, look better and will help with sound in the cabin. Also when purchasing the canvas top you will get a stitched in window (when buying a soft top with a plastic window) Versus a heat-sealed window when purchasing a vinyl top.
