WYSIWYG…….What You See Is What YouGet, one SUPER RARE General Electric Lamps present Tales of Willie Piper 78, PLAY GRADED & Fully Tested. This record is in great shape. It was play tested from start to finish (on a cheap, manual, unbranded record player I got for twenty bucks new off the internet), from beginning to end. It sounds great with no skips or jumps. It plays Smooth, Loud, & Clear with very light noise. A generic dust sleeve will be included for added protection. My best guess (see grading info below) is Jacket=na Sleeve=na (generic) Record=VG++. This record is NOT available from any other source on the internet (I have searched extensively). This record was part of a promotion to sell light bulbs. It is dated July 11, 1947. The narrator explains that what follows is a copy of the radio ad that will be running, made to sound like a short play/serial. The disc itself is red in color. This is an INCREDIBLY RARE piece of radio advertising history for what was one of our countries leading manufacturers. Their products changed our lives. WARNING–Do you want the best for your money? Ask yourself why the other sellers don’t show you the album from ALL angles, including the cover, dust jacket, and vinyl. I have had ZERO complaints on my grading in that time. Also, I have only lost 1 record to damage during shipping. I am very proud of my record and will always strive to get even better. I also have ZERO experience or knowledge of how to clean records. So, out of fear of damaging the records, I have NOT cleaned them, just dusted them with a soft micro-fiber cloth and distilled water. There may be dust &/or finger prints. I now listen to every record I sell from beginning to end and grade on how it sounds. After all, the way it sounds is far more important than the way it looks. A record can look NM or VG+ , but skip or otherwise sound terrible. It doesn’t matter how good a visual grader you are, it is sometimes just impossible to tell without playing it all the way through. Don’t let a lazy seller ruin your day. A record play tested fully is the only way to be sure that you are getting what you paid for, a great record. This album HAS been PLAY TESTED from start to finish on both sides. It plays through with no skips or jumps (unless noted above).
