Shipping within the USA Only to Addresses Listed in Ebay Sorry, but I cannot ship internationally or to APO addresses. I also CANNOT ship to businesses in the USA whose primary function is to ship items to people located outside of the USA. If you live outside of the USA and want to purchase something, you will have to have the item sent to a residential address of a friend/ relative within the USA (and this address MUST be listed as your “ship to” address within Ebay) and have that person send the item to you, otherwise, I will need to cancel the sale due to a problem with the address. Speed of Shipping: I am a part-time seller and as one I DO NOT SHIP EVERY DAY; I can only get to the post office ONE OR TWO times a week to meet the 5 Business Days shipping window depending upon my own schedule. Business days do NOT include weekends and holidays. Everyone wants to receive their items quickly, but PLEASE DO NOT ASK when your item is going to ship if it is within the 5 Business Day period; please be patient and understand that I will get your item to you as soon as I can, but I am only one person and having to respond to these kinds of questions delays me from getting items packed / to the post office, as it’s the same time that I have for packing that I have for answering questions. All tracking information is uploaded manually only AFTER I have gone to the post office. Stock Photography / “Color” Policy: Please note that this item contains a stock photo that I have personally taken of one panty in a particular color/size/style; if I have more than one panty in different sizes (for example, Medium and Large) you might not receive this -actual- one that was photographed (I usually photograph a Medium if I have a choice) but will receive one that is the exact same style, size, and color that you want. (Even VS’s website just shows swatches of patterns.) I cannot take any new photography or “pull” an item until it is time to pack and ship it for sake of time. Again, I’m only one person doing this part-time. Please also note that there might be slight nuances in differences of color from the photograph and the actual item. I have tried the best I can to get the digital image to be as close as possible to the color but photographing conditions and even different monitors might show the color as very slightly different. Looking for -exact- color matches for items you already have will best be done where you can take your item to a nearby VS brick-and-mortar store to compare colors if they still have the item. I do not know anything about “codes” on the tags and cannot type out anything on the tag. I would suggest not buying online if you are not going to be happy with the item if it doesn’t match the piece you own already. I cannot offer returns. Cost of Shipping / Reduced Shipping for Auction Items: I only use USPS for shipping. I pay for all my postage at the Post Office and pay “retail” rates. I do NOT use Ebay labels. I cannot charge less than the posted price for shipping for just 1 item. The US post office increased its prices as of 1/22/24, and I’ve had to raise my prices accordingly. I am now charging LESS money than I have since 2022 for larger orders within a single transaction. “Shipping” is not just for the actual price of the postage but also needs to account for my cost getting to/ from the post office, shipping materials, and other costs. If you live in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT), I might be able to charge less than the posted prices for multiple items (not a single item.) Within the USA by USPS Ground with Delivery Confirmation and up to $100 in insurance: 1 panty = $6.00 shipping 2 panties = $6.50 shipping 3 panties = $7.00 shipping 4 panties = $7.50 shipping 5 panties = $8.00 shipping 6 panties = $8.50 shipping 7 panties = $8.75 shipping 8 panties = $9.00 shipping 9 panties = $9.25 shipping 10 panties = $9.50 shipping I will reduce shipping charges if several AUCTION items are purchased by the same winning bidder within 4 days of the end of the first item’s auction so that they are part of a SINGLE transaction. All bids should be placed at this time because if there are no other active bids by the same bidder, I will send an invoice at the close of the auction. The only way I can tell if one buyer wants the combined shipping is if there are bids on other items. It’s not possible to tell which bidder is watching what items. Auction items must be paid for within 4 days of the auction’s end else the transaction might be cancelled due to lack of payment. If you anticipate an issue with this timeline, please contact me to avoid the sale’s cancellation. Lack of payment for an auction item may result in Ebay placing a “strike” on your account. Once payment has been received, I cannot “hold” onto an item, even if this is by a buyer’s request. The 5 Business Days to ship “countdown clock” starts the moment that a buyer pays for an item. The item/ items will have to go to the post office on my next trip so that the package will not be graded by Ebay as being shipped “late.” AUCTION items are not the same as Fixed Price/ Buy it Now items. Auction items are listed at an “opening bid” price. If you do not want to wait for an auction to end and if there are no other bidders on the item, a “Buy it Now” option may be available for a higher price point. Otherwise, the auction will run its course and the winning bidder will be responsible for payment. If you are buying more than one AUCTION item and want the reduced shipping price, please do not add items to the “Cart” to check-out or it will automatically charge you too much money. The “Cart” is NOT set up for reduced shipping. Reduced shipping needs to be done manually via an invoice. The invoice will over-ride the “Cart” so it’s important to place all of your bids and pay through the invoice link. Please note that the option to place bids and have an invoice sent might only be available to buyers who have a method of payment on file with Ebay / Ebay might choose to limit who is able to do this and this is out of my control. Fixed Price / Buy it Now-only items WILL NOT receive the reduced shipping price because the “Cart” is NOT SET UP for reduced shipping. If you have multiple Fixed Price/ Buy it Now-only items on a SINGLE transaction, I will send a refund back.
