Low coefficient of friction, good abrasion resistance, and dimensional cstability make it suitable for machining as per nylons, having much lower moisture absorption. Ideally suited for electrical insulators requiring exceptional structural strength at high temperatures or moisture conditions and for machining mechanical parts. Polyacetal H is quadrant’s homopolymer acetal grade. It offers a higher mechanical strength, stiffness, hardness and creep resistance as well as a lower thermal expansion rate and ofter also a better wear resistance than acetal copolymer.
