This is a white nylon Push Rivet, mounts in a 1/4″ hole.It looks like once the pin is pushed in, it is supposedto be permanent. Will have to have access to the backsideto be able to push the pin back out to remove the rivet(or drill it out). Hopefully the diagram in the secondpicture will show all the proper dimensions.
